We continue to have issues with lagging data in our Insight Dashboard service. However, all customers have live data available in their Insights Dashboards through today (February 16th) at 12 AM EST.
This issue remains a top priority for our team, and we will keep providing updates as we continue to work with our BI vendor to fully resolve any lagging issues.

We have identified and are working on resolving an issue with our Insight Dashboard service. All customers can access their Insight Dashboards, however, data has not been refreshed since February 13th 5 pm EST. We're working hard to resolve this issue with our BI vendor.
