The services has been restored and all systems are operating normally. We will continue to monitor the traffic closely to ensure the functionality of the service.

We are still experiencing issues within E-Mail Security Outboun in our DE1 & DE2 data centres. We are already analysing the problem and will update you, as soon as we have more information.

Customer using our cloudmx-out endpoints for sending outbound emails are still experiencing delays with E-Mail Security Outbound in our DE1 & DE2 data centres.
We have increased processing capacities to process the queued messages as soon as possible.
