Client Report Template Edits

The issue has been identified and fixed.

We have restored the affected templates that were impacted by the issue. However, for the templates that were modified by customers who re-added the fields in themselves, we have left the templates unchanged to avoid overwriting customer updates.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and verify that affected templates are restored as expected.

We are currently investigating reports where fields in a client report template are not available after edits are made to the base client report template's.

Recommendation: To avoid potential data loss or unexpected changes, please do not make edits to client report templates in "Templates" at this time. We recommend waiting until this issue has been resolved before making any changes. If edits have been made and fields are no longer available, please submit a ticket to our support team with the client report template name needing restored: https://get.rethinkbh.com/rethinkbh-support-center
