BH app (Legacy App) Log in

A fix has been identified. Users who were not able to log in / receiving invalid credentials / locked account will need to reset their password prior to attempting to log in.

To do this:
Go to https://webapp.rethinkbehavioralhealth.com/Healthcare#/Login
Enter in your Username on File 
Select NEXT 
Select "Forgot your password?" 
Enter in the email address on file for your profile
Select SUBMIT 
Follow the link in your inbox (please check spam or junk folders if not seeing this in your inbox). 
If you are utilizing password management systems, please update your password management systems with your new password

We are currently investigating an issue where users utilizing the legacy app are being locked out of their account when attempting a log in.
