Many RIPEstat backends unavailable due to a dependency on system under maintenance

Due to a dependency on a shared filesystem under maintenance, many RIPEstat backends will likely not be available starting from 10:50 UTC.
In the production environment, the big data database (HBase) used by many RIPEstat backends holds file handles to the filesystem under maintenance for plugins used by the database. We will need to shutdown this (distributed) database for the maintenance to progress. As a result many RIPEstat backends will be unavailable.
We will try to reconfigure the database to use different paths, but due to the timeline we do not expect this to be realistic.

The maintenance was cancelled due to other dependencies on the same file share that had not been anticipated by other teams.
