All generation wait times have normalized.
All generations that failed as a result of this incident have been refunded. Failed generations can now be retried and processed in a timely manner.

Many generation tools are processing generations normally again, however we are continuing to see a spike in queue wait times for Gen4 images and Gen4 turbo specifically.
We are working on a fix and expect these wait times to normalize within the hour.
