**SAFEQ – US/CA Datacenters: Container Permissions Issue** A container permissions issue in SAFEQ's US and CA datacenters caused the web portal to fail to display objects correctly, though the incident had no impact on customer or end-user environments. A server restart was performed to apply a fix, during which brief service interruptions and reconnection delays were possible for connected clients and secondary gateway access points. The fix was implemented within approximately two hours and the environment was placed under monitoring, with PC clients recovering and expected to experience only minor reconnection delays.
