At 07:35 UTC, customers are out of impact following the application-rolling restarts for the analytics cluster. The Technology team is monitoring the performance and validating the health checks before declaring an all-clear.

At 05:00 UTC on December 16, 2022, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a feature degradation to Salesforce Analytics services. Some customers can experience timing out of analytics queries. Upon investigation, the team determined a recent release to be the likely cause of the issue.
The Technology team is performing the application-rolling restarts for the analytics cluster to resolve the issue.
We’ll provide an update in 1 hour or sooner if additional information.
