The Salesforce Technology team believe that they had identified a potential backend storage issue resulting in the Chatbot runtime event log delays. They’re working to add additional storage as a path to resolution.

Starting at approximately 12:00 UTC on November 20, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team received reports of a performance degradation impacting a subset of customer’s Chatbot runtime event logs. The event logs are accessible, however they are delayed. The Salesforce Technology team is actively investigating this issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible.
