We have successfully restarted the unhealthy cells. Initial review shows that some jobs have recovered, and we are now performing additional checks and validations across the rest of the impacted environments.

Affected customers may be observing a delay in access to hourly event logs and other files at this time. A configuration change has identified the suspected trigger, and we are actively working to restart unhealthy cells to mitigate the impact.
