The majority of impacted instances have completed rolling restarts, and we’re actively confirming service availability with affected customers. A smaller group of impacted instances is still undergoing restarts, and we’re validating their service availability as they complete.

Investigations have highlighted that the impact radius is broader than initially understood. We have updated the posting to reflect the additional instances experiencing impact, and customers in these instances will receive communications related to this incident going forward.

Further investigations confirm that PDF generation is the only failing feature within the Document Generation service, while the DocX file generation feature is working as expected.

We are continuing with the approach to perform a rolling restart of the remaining impacted instances. This process will take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

We are investigating a feature disruption on multiple instances impacting the Document Generation service. Affected customers may experience non-responsiveness or a page reload error during the document creation process.

We have performed a rolling restart on one of the impacted instances and observed positive results. Preparation of rolling restart for remaining impacted instances is underway.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
