At 04:30 UTC on October 09, 2025, we identified a feature disruption impacting multiple services across several instances due to errors in a core service component. Customers may experience issues with search functionality, CRM Analytics-related processes, and B2B2C Commerce Cloud services, including Managed Runtime-Admin services.
We are actively engaged and are working to restore the service, and are performing recovery actions to restart the impacted systems.

We will provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner as additional information is available.
