We noted a feature degradation impacting WhatsApp channels that began on November 20 at 17:39 UTC. Customers may observe loading issues when adding new WhatsApp channels after clicking “Connect to WhatsApp”. Existing channels and the third-party vendor are operating as intended. We have identified the potential trigger as a recent change and are working on a fix to resolve this issue. We will provide an update as soon as additional information is available.
