The backfill of the missing meeting summaries and action items has been completed. This issue is now resolved.
The underlying cause of the Azure incident has been resolved. We are actively backfilling any missing summaries. Once this is complete, we will send another update.
Due to an open issue with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, customers are not able to see meeting summaries or action items. Once the incident resolves on the Azure side, Salesloft will reprocess impacted conversations for these summaries.
Thanks for your patience while we work through this issue. We'll provide more updates as we have them and when we are able to reprocess these events.
