SalesLoft users experienced permissions errors when attempting to import records through the Chrome extension, preventing normal use of the SalesLoft Connect functionality. The issue persisted for approximately 6 days while the engineering team identified the root cause and developed a fix. The problem was resolved by deploying version V1.7.6 of SalesLoft Connect, requiring users to update the extension and refresh Chrome.
