The problem impacting the real-time connection status of the Vehicle Gateway in the Dashboard has been fixed. Throughout this incident, all data was gathered and should now be accurately displayed in your systems.

A solution has been put in place, and we are now observing the situation regarding this issue. We have confirmed that the data backlogs are beginning to clear, and the majority of vehicles are once again displaying accurate, current statuses on the dashboard.
