EU config pushes failing for tachograph-capable gateways

The issue affecting configuration pushes for tachograph-capable gateways in the EU has been resolved. Configuration pushes are operating normally, and configuration builder failures for VG34-EU, VG54-EU, and VG55-EU have returned to normal levels.

The issue was caused by an incorrectly typed tachograph-related feature configuration, which caused some configuration builds to fail before they could be pushed. Our engineering teams deployed a fix and confirmed service recovery. We apologize for the disruption.

We are investigating an issue affecting tachograph-capable gateways, primarily in EU gateways. Affected customers may experience failed configuration pushes, missing SPS promotions (vehicle-specific diagnostic signal configurations that determine which telemetry features are enabled for targeted vehicle models or gateway populations) including manual video retrieval in Europe and problems with VG installation or configuration.
