Incident in Travel on Concur Cloud for Public Sector

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector Data Center (CCPS) Data Center, access to Concur Expense and Concur Travel services through the SAP Concur website was unavailable. Additionally, air, car, and hotel searches using Sabre GDS service was unavailable. Affected users may have experienced latency when attempting to complete tasks. Affected travel users may have experienced “Requested timed out. Please try again.” error when trying to search.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
