Incident in Expense on US2, EU2

In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, expense report submissions through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected Japanese users may have experienced an application error when trying to submit an expense report or save an attendee.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, expense report submissions through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app is below expected level. Affected Japanese users may experience an application error when trying to submit an expense report or save an attendee.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) is working on reverting previously deployed change in order to restore service.
Our next scheduled update will be in two hours or sooner should a significant change occur.
