In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector Data Center (CCPS), creating expense reports through the SAP Concur website was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced an error, "Sorry something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again" when attempting to create, save, or submit an expense report. Additionally, accessing the Expense tab was intermittent. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector Data Center (CCPS), creating expense reports through the SAP Concur website was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced an error, "Sorry something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again" when attempting to create, save, or submit an expense report. Additionally, accessing the Expense tab was intermittent.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) has engaged additional resources and is working to identify a fix.
Our next scheduled update will be in two hours or sooner should a significant change occur.
