Service has been restored to a normal operating level, and we have started a mandatory post recovery monitoring period to ensure service performance stability prior to declaring the incident resolved. In the China Data Center, creating expense reports and travel requests through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected levels. Affected users may have experienced an error message:"Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again." when trying to create expense reports or travel requests through website. Affected mobile users may have experienced an error message: "Unable to connect to server" when trying to create travel requests through mobile app.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) has engaged additional resources and is continuing its investigation to determine the root cause of the incident.
