Incident in Expense,Travel,Invoice,Request,Analysis/Intelligence on China

In the China Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced an error “502 Bad Gateway” when trying to login through the website. Additionally, users trying to login through the SAP Concur mobile app, might have seen a different layout at login page.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

User impact since the last update has changed. In the China Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur website are now available. Affected users may have experienced an error “502 Bad Gateway” when trying to login through the website. Users trying to login through the SAP Concur mobile app, might still encounter an error.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) continues to investigate the issue with additional resources. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
