Incident in Travel on Concur Cloud for Public Sector

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center, travel bookings through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected users may have experienced latency or slow processing followed by an error when attempting to complete a travel booking. As a workaround, users may have been able to refresh the page to complete the booking.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

User impact since the last update remains unchanged. In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center, travel bookings through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app are below expected level. Affected users may experience latency or slow processing followed by an error when attempting to search for travel or complete a travel booking. As a workaround, users may be able to refresh the page to complete the booking.
