Students experienced network error modals when attempting to submit quizzes and assignments in the Savvas Outlier Student LMS, preventing successful submission despite stable internet connections. The issue affected both quizzes and exams functionality within the learning management system. A fix was identified and deployed, with exams restored first followed by quizzes, and the incident was fully resolved after 45 minutes.
