Outage Details
After VPC/DHCP migration, several LBs became unreachable. It only concerns LBs attached to Private Networks, which have a Public Gateway in it.
Impact(s): LBs if they're attached to PNs (in DHCP mode) after VPC/DHCP migration, if DHCP is enabled on the VPC: LB becomes unreachable until the PN attachment is removed.

After VPC/DHCP migration, several LBs became unreachable. It only concerns LBs attached to Private Networks, which have a Public Gateway in it.
