We are currently experiencing an outage affecting our phone support system. The issue originates from our third-party voice-over-IP (VoIP) vendor, which is impacted by an ongoing AWS service disruption.
As a result, customers may be unable to reach our support team via phone. Other parts of our service are fully operational, including the Safe Exam Workspace application.
