Between 09-July-2022 8:30pm AEST to 09-July-2022 9:35pm AEST, a small number of our customers experienced a loss of search and update query traffic to their collections.
We are still investigating the root cause of this issue, but all services have now returned to normal operation.
Customers affected by this outage will be provided a more detailed update directly when we have diagnosed the root cause.
