We are investigating an issue affecting the Session Recording functionality on a subset of GateManagers (approximately 10%). Affected customers may find that session recordings fail to start or are not saved. All other GateManager functionality, including remote access, is working normally.
Our engineers are working to identify the cause. We will post an update within 60 minutes, or sooner if we have new information.
