Region Access Difficulties

Residents are reporting some regions to be inaccessible, providing the error message "Failed to grant capabilities" when when attempting to teleport in. If you run into this error, it has been found that restarting the region can resolve the issue. Mainland regions can be restarted by all residents with assistance form our chat bot, Boxy, who you can speak to here (https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/home). However, if you need to restart a Private region or are having issues with Boxy, please contact Support through phone, chat, or ticket and we will assist.
