Region Access Difficulties

We are aware of an issue causing some regions to become inaccessible, displaying the error message: "Teleport Failed. Failed to grant capabilities" when attempting to teleport into them. As a temporary workaround, restarting the affected region has been found to restore access in most cases. For Mainland regions, anyone can request a region restart through our virtual assistant, Boxy, available here: https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/home If you need to restart a Private Region, or if you are unable to complete the request through Boxy, please contact Second Life Support for assistance. Our engineers are actively investigating this issue and are working to implement a permanent resolution as quickly as possible.
