On December 17, 2024, a configuration error on an Identity Provider routing rule resulted in a targeted rule being enforced as a default rule. All systems utilizing Security Cloud Sign On (SCSO) were impacted. This caused a service degradation for customers attempting to authenticate via SCSO.
