We are seeing a high amount of errors on our USW infrastructure. We are working to identify the issue and put mitigations in place. Chrome extension is unaffected. SmartPAC and DNS were in CIPA compliance mode for a brief period of time.

We are investigating increased errors. SmartPAC and Smart DNS are both back in CIPA compliant mode and Chrome Extension is in fail open.
