Degraded application performance

An upstream issue with a 3rd party provider previously caused some pages to fail to load on SELECT. We have found a workaround, but have had to temporarily disable some caching mechanisms to restore service.

We will reenable caching, and app performance will improve when the upstream issue is resolved.

We've been working with our third-party vendor to attempt to identify the issue. We've made some progress towards identifying the root cause and have been able to reproduce the issue for the third-party vendor.

We continue to investigate the issue and apologize for the disruption.

We suspect the issue might be caused by a third-party vendor that we utilize. We have escalated the issue and we are in contact with them, but we are also continuing with our own investigations in the meantime.

Our monitoring systems have reported that some parts of our app are not working correctly for a few customers, causing charts and tables to fail to load. We are investigating the issue.
