We are currently investigating an issue where a subset of users are having issues with importing orders from Magento V2
At this moment we do not have any workarounds to import the orders, and we are working hard to get this issue resolved

We have applied a fix and are already seeing positive results. If you were affected by this issue, you should see orders coming into Sendcloud again
