We have received reports that our previously recommended solution does not resolve the issue. We are currently investigating the order import issue and will provide more updates.

The issue has been identified. If your Shopware 6 orders are not importing, please delete the Shopware 6 integration in the Sendcloud panel and then reconnect: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037802032-Shopware-6-integration
