[Shopify] - Replacing "Thank you" and "Order status page" causes issues with Service Points functionality

Users received a prompt in their Shopify back office to replace the "Thank you" and "Order status" pages due to an incompatibility. Replacing these pages causes the service points functionality of the Sendcloud plugin to no longer work at checkout. If you are affected by this issue, please revert to the previous "Thank you" and "Order status" pages by navigating to the Settings > Checkout, and click Revert. Next, in your Sendcloud account, go to the settings for the connected Shopify integration and check that the “Service Points” box and the carriers are selected, and click “Save”.
