The issue has been identified by the carrier, who has implemented a fix. The issue should now be resolved.

In case an error is received in regards to the same order reference being used: it might be necessary to use a different order number / reference than the one previously used during the outage. This will ensure that labels are created successfully. All new label creation attempts made after the outage should not receive any errors.

En caso de que se reciba un error relativo a la utilización de la misma referencia de pedido: podría ser necesario utilizar un número / referencia de pedido diferente al utilizado anteriormente durante la interrupción. Esto garantizará que las etiquetas se creen correctamente. Todos los nuevos intentos de creación de etiquetas realizados después de la interrupción no deberían recibir ningún error.
