The provider has whitelisted our IPs on their end. As a result, we have observed an improvement in our order-fetching service.
This incident has been resolved.
After conducting our initial investigation, the issues seem to occur for users who rely on SiteGround as their hosting provider. We are reaching out to the provider to work on a stable solution.
For Siteground users to resolve the issue, it might be required to whitelist our IP addresses.
