Due to issues on one of our internal services, performance degradation has been observed across platform affecting multiple services like Webhooks, Outbound Mail Delivery, SMS, Redirection links, etc.
We are also observing slowness and errors in the Front End applications.
Technical Teams have been engaged and are continuously working to mitigate the impact and restore the services.

Technical teams have successfully identified the root cause and impact has been mitigated for all the services across the platform.
The issue is still being closely monitored.
