Delay in Transactional Events

We are currently experiencing delays in the processing of transactional events. While the processing of emails is functioning smoothly, clients may notice that their transactional email events are not appearing as anticipated.

The delay is approximately three hours.

As a result of these delays in transactional events, our Webhooks will also be impacted, as they rely on the front-end processing. Consequently, the functionality of Webhooks may be affected by this issue as well.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have observed a decrease in the latency of transactional emails.

As previously mentioned, the processing of these emails is functioning as expected, however, we are also observing a reduction in the latency of related events.

Our technical teams are actively engaged to address the situation, and we are closely monitoring it.
