Issue with Notification Service

Due to an issue with one of our internal service due to which notifications will be unavailable under the bell icon or receive them via email.

The team is currently on a call, working to identify the cause and mitigate the impact.

The campaigns may be stuck in a 'running' or 'cancelling' state. Please be assured that if you cancel the campaign, processing will stop, but there may be a delay in marking the campaign as cancelled.

Although the campaign may appear to be running, there is no impact on delivery, and the campaigns should be processed successfully.

Whilst importing contacts, you may encounter a 'something went wrong' error. While you'll be able upload the contact file, it will not proceed beyond that point and import will fail at confirming stage.
