Clients can continue to run SMS campaigns without using the URL shortener. Additionally, any SMS campaigns that are already scheduled with URLs in the body and URL shortener enabled will be suspended until the issue is resolved.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the SMS URL shortener in SMS campaigns. As a result, we have temporarily disabled this feature.
Clients can continue to run SMS campaigns without using the URL shortener. Additionally, any SMS campaigns that are already scheduled with URLs in the body and URL shortener enabled will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
