Delay in Transactional Logs

We are currently experiencing a delay in the Transactional Logs service.

Email delivery is not affected, however, there will be a delay when checking logs on the Transactional platform.

The observed latency is approximately 30 minutes, and Webhooks will also be delayed as a result.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We have identified the issue on our end, and our technical team is actively working to mitigate its impact.

Rest assured, emails are being processed without any issues, however, there will be a delay in viewing the logs on the Transactional platform, and Transactional Webhooks are also experiencing delays due to the same.

We will provide more information in the upcoming updates.
