Due to an issue with one of our vendor, SMS sending is currently disrupted in the NORAM region.
The TFN's have been incorrectly marked as rejected, causing SMS messages to be skipped.
No credits will be deducted against the SMS being sent, and our team is actively working to resolve the issue and mitigate the impact.
