Dear Customer,
We’ve just received confirmation from Packeta that label creation is working again. In some isolated cases, errors might still occur, but overall, the service is operational again.
We once more apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of Packeta!
We can see that the Packeta API is gradually recovering - most of the requests are now succeeding, with a few errors remaining.
Therefore, we are changing the status to "partial outage"
Packeta Statement:
We would like to inform you about a temporary technical issue currently affecting our infrastructure.
Earlier today (at 10:00 a. m.), we experienced an infrastructure blackout. During this time, we maintained access to our portal and immediately began investigating the situation. Unfortunately, all our systems have been impacted, resulting in a complete halt of our business processes.
The root cause appears to be a Europe-wide Microsoft outage. Microsoft is actively investigating the issue, but at this moment, no resolution has been identified.
As a result:
- Delivering parcels to Z-Boxes is currently not possible
- Collection from Z-Boxes is possible for recipients who have already received a PIN code for collection before the outage
- Clients are unable to create new packages in our system.
- PUDO points remain operational, and packages will be scanned once the system is restored
- Cash on Delivery (CoD) payments are temporarily unavailable, except for cash payments at PUDO locations
- Depots continue sorting parcels as usual
- We plan to resume large-scale deliveries to Z-Boxes tomorrow, assuming system functionality is restored
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
Packeta is still working on restoring its service/infrastructure.

We just received the following update from Packeta:
"We are currently experiencing issues with our infrastructure. We are working with our service provider to fix the issue on their side.
We will update you once we have new information".
Dear customer, due to the carrier's API being unavailable, we are currently unable to create Packeta labels.
We reached out to the carrier and are waiting for them to resolve the issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of the carrier!
Please note this only affects Packeta labels, all other carriers are up and running!
