We are currently experiencing an issue where Asendia shipment tracking updates are not being processed. Customers with Asendia shipments may notice that tracking information has not refreshed.
Our engineering team has identified a connectivity issue between our tracking services and Asendia's authentication endpoint. We are actively investigating the root cause and are in direct contact with Asendia.
Investigation is ongoing. We have identified a likely technical cause and are working toward a resolution. We are also awaiting confirmation from Asendia regarding any changes on their end.
