Update — Aramex AU bookings and quoting unavailable
Further investigation has confirmed the impact is broader than initially reported. Aramex AU bookings have been failing since approximately 7:30 PM AEST, and Aramex quoting has been unavailable since 8:00 PM AEST. Tracking and address validation are also affected.
Merchants using Aramex will be unable to book consignments or retrieve quotes until this is resolved. We have escalated to Aramex and are awaiting confirmation of the cause and an estimated resolution time. We will update this page as soon as we have more information.
