Aramex Australia & New Zealand – Booking & Label Creation Issues

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting Aramex Australia & New Zealand shipments. Some merchants may be unable to create bookings or generate labels with Aramex AU/NZ, or may experience delays doing so. Quoting and tracking for Aramex AU/NZ are not currently impacted. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have identified the cause of this issue as a database problem on Aramex's consigning platform. Aramex's technical team is aware and is actively working to resolve it. We will continue to monitor closely. We'll post another update once services are fully restored.
