Some of you may be seeing errors when creating orders on the Connect platform. We've identified the root cause and are actively working on a fix.
What's happening: Order creation is currently failing or delayed for affected users. This started at approximately [time].
What we're doing: We have a recovery plan underway to restore full order-creation functionality as quickly as possible.
What this means for you: You may not be able to create new orders until the fix is complete. Existing orders are not affected.
We'll post another update here as soon as we have a clearer ETA on full recovery. If this is urgent, reach out to support@shippit.com.
