In case you are experiencing issues with order update on your Shopify store, please follow these instructions:
- Go to Connections > Marketplace, look for the Shopify connection in the list of connected marketplaces and click on Edit.
- Click on "Refresh Shopify Permissions" in the top left.
- After redirecting to Shopify, click Update.
- Repeat the above steps for all existing Shopify connections.
